Davids’ Story
David Golden is the founder of Golden Global Sales, an independent manufacturer representative sales organization. His work ethic and dedication to his clients is second to none. He has been described as the “hardest working rep” in the industry today.
David began his career as a Producer / Sportscaster for WCAU – CBS Radio, Philadelphia, PA. He was known as the ”Golden” voice. His career in radio grew and he became a Sportscaster for WWDB – ABC Radio, Philadelphia, PA and later a Sports Announcer / Public Relations Director for Atlanta Braves minor league team and the Savannah Braves under the direct supervision of Ted Turner & Hank Aaron.
With a keen eye for opportunity, David left sports and began his sales journey. He spent 8 years as an independent representative in the office products industry – he was fired in the parking lot. This is all David needed to challenge himself to become the best in the business, which he proved over and over again. He worked with Dixon Ticonderoga and Sargent Art winning top honors with both companies.
David always remembers being fired in the parking lot and after 25 years of dedicated service in the school and office supply industry and the art and craft industry, that pivotal event became his drive and his vision. Golden Global Sales was born.
David is an avid sports fan and cheers for the Philadelphia Eagles. He lives in PA with his wife Mary Ellen and the newest addition to the Golden family, Tucker – his new puppy.

- Dixon Ticonderoga Sales Rep of the Year for four consecutive years, and promoted to Sales Manager for more than four years, received Sales Manager of the year 4 years in a row.
